Returns
We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at helloyoyoteam@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalised orders — Pick Your Aura Bracelet and Pick Your Aura Bundle are made specifically for you based on your reading. Because these are custom-curated, they are final sale.
- Mystery Scoop orders — due to the surprise nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on the basis of not liking the items received.
- Sale items and gift cards
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at helloyoyoteam@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you're welcome to place a new order separately.
Presale Orders
All orders in Presale Drop 1 are subject to a 5–6 week fulfilment window. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. After that, orders cannot be cancelled as production and curation begin shortly after the drop closes.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at helloyoyoteam@gmail.com.
